Before Your Appointment
We're looking forward to welcoming you to BBare Beauty Bar. To help ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please review the information below before your visit.
Consultation & Consent Forms
To help us provide safe and effective treatments, certain services require a consultation and consent forms to complete before your appointment.
If you're booked for multiple services, you may be required to complete more than one form. Please ensure all forms are completed accurately for the person receiving the service.
If you're booking an appointment for a minor, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete the necessary consent forms.
If you haven't received your forms, please check your junk or spam folder. If you're still unable to locate them, our team will be happy to assist.
To help keep appointments on time, we recommend arriving a few minutes before.
For your safety and to ensure your information remains current, consultation forms may be reviewed and updated periodically, or whenever there has been a change to your health, medications, pregnancy status, or medical history.
Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time and ready for your service.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or, if there isn't enough time to safely complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or taken over by another aesthetician.
A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a 40% cancellation fee.
During your visit, please let your provider know if:
You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or think you may be pregnant.
You have started or changed any medications.
You have any allergies, medical conditions, injuries, or skin concerns.
You have recently had cosmetic procedures, surgery, significant sun exposure, or anything else that may affect your treatment. Providing accurate and up-to-date information helps us perform your treatment as safely and effectively as possible.
Treatment Results
Every client is unique, and treatment results can vary from person to person. Results may be influenced by factors including, but not limited to, skin type, hair type, hormones, medications, pregnancy, medical conditions, lifestyle, sun exposure, and following the recommended pre- and post-care instructions.
While our team is committed to providing exceptional treatments using professional techniques and products, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
Questions or Concerns?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any questions before your appointment or concerns after your service, please don't hesitate to contact us. We're always happy to help. If you're unhappy with your service, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we have the opportunity to review your concerns and determine the most appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may recommend an assessment or, where appropriate, a complimentary adjustment. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
We value your feedback and appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns directly. Our goal is to provide every client with an exceptional experience, and we'll always do our best to ensure you leave feeling confident and cared for.

To ensure the highest standard of care, we reserve the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or discontinue any service if:
Required consultation or consent forms are incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or refused.
A treatment is determined to be unsafe or not in the client's best interest.
A consultation is required before treatment and cannot be completed.
Medical information provided may affect the safety or suitability of a treatment.
A client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
A client displays abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating, harassing, or otherwise disrespectful behaviour toward our team or other clients.
A client makes inappropriate comments, engages in unwanted physical contact, sexual harassment, or any behaviour that causes our team to feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
A client fails to follow clinic policies or refuses to cooperate with instructions necessary to safely perform a treatment.
