In-Store Purchases

Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt. - Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Opened Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used skincare, body care, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe a product is defective or was damaged before use, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

Online Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
