Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns about your service, we'd love the opportunity to make it right.

If you are unhappy with the results of your service, contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We may ask for photos and/or invite you back for an assessment so we can determine the best solution. Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary adjustment or touch-up or store credit.

Refunds are not provided for services that have already been completed.
