intimate facials

What is an intimate facial? Do I need one?

What is a Intimate facial?

Our Signature Intimate Facial – P, a luxe treatment focused on the top of the Brazilian area. This service treats the pubic mound only and does not include the scrotum or bum.

Why do i need to try a Intimate Facial?

A intimate facial treats ingrown hairs, removes dead skin cells, smooths bumps around bikini line, prevents acne, helps with hyperpigmentation, all to maintain healthy and hydrated skin in the intimate area.

When do i need a intimate facial?

Intimate facials are usually follow up treatments to help deal with side effects of hair removal on the vagina. It is recommended to get a intimate facial up to 7-10 days post waxing or 3-5 days after shaving. It can also be done the same day as any body waxing as an add on service.

WHat are the products used?

At BBare we only use the best of everything. We will be using Bushbalm brand for this service.

What is a Booty facial?

What is a Bum facial?

It is exactly what it sounds like—A facial, but for your glutes. The skin there is thicker and more prone to clogged follicles, so this treatment is specialized just for this area. We cleanse and exfoliate the area, help treat ingrown hairs and past ingrown scarring, and include a gentle peel, mask and high-frequency to help improve skin texture and overall appearance.

Who it suits, and who should wait

Good fit: active breakouts on the glutes, ingrown hairs, dark spots left behind by old acne or shaving, mild bumpy keratosis pilaris, rough texture. All genders, roughly 18 to 60.

Hold off or talk to us first if you have an eczema or psoriasis flare in the area (we calm that first), if you are on Accutane (we skip the device add-ons), or if your skin is sunburned or very thin right now.

If you have other skin concerns, reach out to us.

How many you need?

For most concerns, three to six visits spaced two to three weeks apart, then once a month to maintain. One session makes skin look and feel cleaner right away, but the marks and the deeper texture need the series to actually shift.

Aftercare for the first few days

The first 12 hours, expect mild pinkness and skip the friction, so loose clothing, no leggings. Gentle cleanser only for the first day, and mineral SPF on anything that sees sun. For the first three days, no hot tub, no sauna, no sweaty workouts, and no shaving or waxing the area. After that you ease back to normal, and a little flaking around week two is fine. If anything feels off, call us.
